FOURTHCORE TEAM DEATHMATCH

April 9, 2011

I'm just a simple country lawyer who doesn't know much about your fancy technology ...

I just figured out how to make digital Dungeon Tile maps. Seriously, just now. Expect more posts with actually usable encounters/adventures in the near future. Here's what I slapped together for Room A of The Lost Crown of Tesh-Naga.

  1. Very cool! Can't wait to steal, erm, i mean see more! What program are you using to make these? I have a ton of tiles and get frustrated trying to put them together to make adventures (and then having to put them all together again for actual gameplay), so they don't actually see a lot of use, unfortunately.

  2. I just got a program called Py Mapper (http://pymapper.com/) that is free and does exactly what I want; make a map from images of Dungeon Tiles.

And please, steal away! The whole point of this blog was to show the D&D World what kind of things I've done at my home games and have been working on, in the hopes that you guys would find it useful. All us DM's are always on the lookout for something to help our game. The least I can do is offer up what I've got.
